Acacia Research announces appointment of Michael Zambito as CFO

Acacia Research (NASDAQ:ACTG [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ACTG]) has announced the appointment [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20145341-acacia-research-corporation-announces-appointment-of-michael-zambito-as-chief-financial] of Michael Zambito as CFO, effective June 24, 2025.

Kirsten Hoover will continue as the interim CFO and remains Acacia's Controller, playing a vital role in the finance team.

Most recently, Zambito spent over 23 years, including the last 17 as a Partner, in Ernst & Young’s EY-Parthenon (formerly Strategy and Transactions) practice, a market-leading strategy, transactions, and corporate finance provider.
