As the month of May comes to an end this week, below is a list of the top 10 performing IT stocks ranked by their one-month price performance percentage.

The list includes companies from various IT industries, including semiconductors, semiconductor materials and equipment, application software, and electronic components, with market caps ranging from approximately $2.76 billion to over $1 trillion.
