NVDA: Cyngn Stock Pops on NVIDIA Partnerhip

Cyngn Inc (NASDAQ:CYN) stock surged about 15% in premarket trading Tuesday after the autonomous-vehicle developer said it advanced a simulation collaboration with NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA).

The company said it built a high-fidelity digital warehouse using NVIDIA's Isaac Sim, allowing Cyngn to run its autonomy and fleet-management software in full-scale virtual environments. Isaac Sim is NVIDIA's physics-based simulation framework for testing robots and vehicles without physical trials.

Cyngn said the environment mirrors real operational workflows and will be used for development, customer demos and operator training. The firm expects the setup to accelerate testing, expose edge cases and shorten quality-assurance cycles that are costly to replicate in physical facilities.

As part of the work, Cyngn contributed an industrial-vehicle dynamics model to Isaac Sim to improve simulation accuracy for heavy material-handling equipment such as forklifts.

Executives said the simulation supports larger virtual fleets and more complex scenarios, helping validate new use cases faster and reduce deployment risk.
