Weekly top industrial gainers and losers: RTX climbs to top spot, IDEX loses most

Wall Street ended lower last week amid fears over tensions in the Middle East. Now, following America’s attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities on Sunday, investors are bracing for a spike in oil prices.
The industrial sector is also likely to bear the brunt of the heightened crisis. The Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF (NYSEARCA:XLI [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/XLI]) declined 0.88% compared to a 1.08% fall in the S&P500 index.

RTX (NYSE:RTX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/RTX]) widened its gains this week to become the top gainer with its shares +4.01% after airlines including Frontier Airlines [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4458296-frontier-airlines-selects-rtxs-pratt-whitney-gtf-engines-to-power-91-airbus-a321neo-aircraft] and Wizz Air [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4458900-wizz-air-doubles-down-on-pratt-and-whitney-for-jet-engine-supply] partnered with its subsidiary Pratt & Whitney. Equifax (NYSE:EFX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/EFX]) was -4.93% after Seking Alpha analyst Redfox Capital Ideas [https://seekingalpha.com/article/4796197-equifax-still-not-positive-about-the-outlook] reiterated their hold rating on the stock arguing that its long-term cloud and EWS opportunities are offset by near-term macro and margin headwinds.
