* TryHard Holdings (NASDAQ:THH [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/THH]) together with its wholly-owned subsidiary, TryHard Japan has transferred a portion of its shares in MUSIC CIRCUS to SBI Holdings, NEXYZ. Group  and other shareholders.
* After the completion of official collaboration, MUSIC CIRCUS will change its name to SBI MUSIC CIRCUS.
* THH +3.16% premarket to $5.88.
