The S&P 500 financials sector has largely kept pace with the broader market in 2025, rising about +14% year to date.

As we look at the sub-sectors within the broader financial sector, below is a list of the top 10 investment banking and brokerage stocks, ranked by their YTD performance. The list includes SA Quant Rating.

Robinhood Markets (HOOD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/HOOD]) leads the list with an impressive YTD performance of +228.42%. Futu Holdings (FUTU [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/FUTU]) and Goldman Sachs (GS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GS]) follow in second and third place, with YTD performances of +106.89% and +57%, respectively.
