Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest funds executed a broad rotation across technology, healthcare, and industrial names during the last week while markets remained volatile over broader geopolitical tensions between the U.S. and Iran.

Buying activity for the portfolio manager was led by Palantir Technologies (PLTR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PLTR]), Tesla (TSLA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TSLA]), and Robinhood Markets (HOOD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/HOOD]), while the largest sales came from Strata Critical Medical (SRTA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SRTA]), Teradyne (TER [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TER]), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMD]), and BWX Technologies (BWXT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BWXT]).

Digging deeper into sector-wise moves, Ark increased exposure to AI and data analytics platforms. Palantir Technologies (PLTR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PLTR]) led inflows with 85K shares bought across ARKF (ARKF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKF]), ARKK (ARKK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKK]), ARKQ (ARKQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKQ]), ARKW (ARKW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKW]), and ARKX (ARKX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKX]), for an estimated trade value of $11M. In autonomous technology, Kodiak AI (KDK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/KDK]) saw 31,291 shares accumulated exclusively in ARKQ (ARKQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKQ]).

Moving to electric vehicles and mobility, Tesla (TSLA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TSLA]) remained a core conviction buy, with over 79K shares added across ARKK (ARKK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKK]), ARKQ (ARKQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKQ]), and ARKX (ARKX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKX]), increasing exposure by $28M [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4573611-cathie-wood-buys-the-dip-in-tesla-with-fresh-28m-investment]. Cathie Wood has consistently underscored autonomous driving as the cornerstone of ARK’s long-term thesis on Tesla (TSLA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TSLA]) and currently has over $880M worth of exposure to the stock.

In fintech & digital platforms, the portfolio manager added over 182K shares of Robinhood Markets (HOOD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/HOOD]) across ARKF (ARKF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKF]), ARKK (ARKK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKK]), and ARKW (ARKW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKW]), with an estimated value close to $12.7M. In contrast, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ICE]) saw 6.9K shares worth ~$1.2M being sold from ARKF (ARKF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKF]), indicating a shift away from traditional exchange infrastructure toward next-generation fintech platforms. Besides, LY Corp (YAHOF [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/YAHOF]) (YAHOY [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/YAHOY]), a Japanese internet conglomerate, also saw 9.8K shares sold, reflecting trimming of international platform exposure.

Genomics & healthcare strategies showed selective buying, with ~49K shares of GeneDx (WGS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/WGS]) bought and 8.2K shares of Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARCT]) added. On the sell side, Twist Bioscience (TWST [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TWST]) saw a disposal of 60K shares, while most notably, Strata Critical Medical (SRTA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SRTA]) witnessed a massive 355K share sell-off. Genomic diagnostics company Veracyte (VCYT) also made it to the sell list.

The firm remained a net seller in semiconductors & automation; it dropped over 44K shares of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMD]), reversing the buy trend seen in February. Semiconductor test equipment maker Teradyne (TER [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/TER]) saw over 68K shares dropped across ARKK (ARKK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKK]) and ARKQ (ARKQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKQ]) worth close to $11M, maintaining the selling spree over the last few months.

Over 36K shares of BWX Technologies (BWXT [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BWXT])—a nuclear technology and defense-focused industrial company—were sold across ARKK (ARKK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKK]) and ARKQ (ARKQ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ARKQ]). Other sell trades include uranium producer Cameco (CCJ [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CCJ]) and streaming platform company Roku (ROKU [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ROKU]).
