Haoxi Health Technology prices $6.5M registered direct offering

* Haoxi Health Technology (NASDAQ: HAO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/HAO])  said [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20508956-haoxi-health-technology-ltd-announces-6_5-million-registered-direct-offering]on Monday it had entered into a definitive agreement with investors for a $6.5M registered direct offering comprising 9M Class A ordinary shares and nearly 17M pre-funded warrants priced at $0.25 per security.
* The pre-funded warrants had been priced at the share offering price less a $0.0026 per-share exercise price, with each warrant exercisable for 10.355 shares.
* The company intends to use the offering proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
* The transaction is expected to close on or about May 12, 2026.
