Youxin Technology enters definitive agreement to acquire 51% stake in Celnet Technology

* Youxin Technology (NASDAQ:YAAS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/YAAS]) on Tuesday said that on September 22, 2025, it entered into a definitive agreement with Celnet Technology, to acquire 51% of the equity interests in Celnet.
* The deal, valued at approximately RMB 5.24 million (US$736,461) in cash, aims to enhance Youxin’s enterprise SaaS and PaaS capabilities, particularly in AI-driven CRM solutions.
* Celnet, a platinum Salesforce partner, has delivered over 580 projects for more than 350 clients, including Ayrton SAS and Ant International.
* YAAS +26.90% after hours to $0.0948.
