European markets flat on stalled U.S.-Iran talks

The euro held near $1.17, lingering close to the two-week lows seen last week, as investors assessed the fallout from a diplomatic standoff in U.S.-Iran negotiations.

In the bond market, the yield on the US 10-year Treasury was up 2 basis points to 4.36%.
UK's 10-year yield was up 2 basis points to 5.00%.
Germany's 10-year yield was up 2 basis points to 3.05%.
