Ellomay and Statkraft ink long-term PPAs for three Italian solar plants

Ellomay Capital (NYSE:ELLO [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ELLO]) has secured long-term 9-year Power Purchase Agreements [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20156942-ellomay-and-statkraft-sign-long-term-power-purchase-agreements-for-three-operating-italian] ((PPAs)) with Statkraft for three of its Italian solar projects.

The agreements, signed by three Italian project companies, will cover 75% of the P50 capacity for the approximately 38 MW of operational solar plants located in Italy's central-southern zone.

Ellomay indirectly holds a 51% interest in these project companies.
