Digital Turbine spikes on FY27 revenue outlook amid CFO transition

Digital Turbine (APPS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/APPS]) shares gained 13% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the company reported a strong quarterly print and outlined fiscal 2027 revenue of $630M-$650M with a focus on double-digit growth.

"Our current June quarter is off to a positive start, and combined with the broader business momentum, is enabling us to issue an annual outlook for fiscal year '27, guiding to another year of double-digit top and bottom line growth," CEO Bill Stone said [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4597150-digital-turbine-non-gaap-eps-of-0_16-beats-by-0_07-revenue-of-142_5m-beats-by-9_27m].

"One of the key factors for our markedly improved performance has been our ability to more effectively utilize our unique first-party data in order to drive better results for our rapidly expanding global network of advertisers, publishers, carriers and OEMs."

The company's total On Device Solutions net revenue before intercompany eliminations was $91 million, representing year-over-year growth of 5%. Total App Growth Platform net revenue before intercompany eliminations was $52.1 million, representing year-over year growth of 57%.

The company also announced management changes, noting that Steve Lasher will be stepping down from his role as CFO, and "Josh Kinsell, chief accounting officer, will assume interim CFO duties.
