With the Q4 earnings season almost coming to an end, below is a list of small-cap stocks with positive quarterly EPS surprises ranked according to their lowest Seeking Alpha Quant Ratings.

The list is topped by Beta Bionics (BBNX [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/BBNX]), with a Quant Rating of 1.07.
