Lantheus Holdings (LNTH [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LNTH]) quickly rose 7.4% on a report that it's evaluating a sale after receiving a takeover offer from Curium that values the radiopharma firm at about $7 billion.

Lantheus (LNTH [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/LNTH]) and Curium have been in talks about a possible transaction that could be weeks away, according to a Bloomberg report on Friday, which cited people familiar with the matter. A final decision hasn't been made and there's no guarantee talks will lead to a deal.
