RYTHM amends licensing deals with Green Thumb Industries

* The company said under the revised terms, Green Thumb will pay an annual fixed cash fee of $70 million, subject to yearly increases tied to a consumer price index-based escalator.
* The amendments, effective April 1, 2026, cover the use of certain brand intellectual property under the existing agreements.
