SenesTech announces $4.4M through warrant exercise, issues new warrants

* SenesTech (NASDAQ:SNES [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/SNES]) entered into agreements for the immediate exercise of 1.46M warrants at $2.90 per share, originally issued on March 11, 2025.
* The transaction is expected to close around July 1, 2025.
* In return, SenesTech will issue new short-term warrants for the same number of shares, exercisable at $4.15 per share and priced at $0.125 each.
* New warrants are immediately exercisable and will expire 15 months after the resale registration becomes effective.
* The existing warrant exercise will generate gross proceeds of ~$4.4M; full exercise of new warrants could yield an additional ~$6.0M.
* Proceeds will support working capital and general corporate purposes.
