Evolus posts record rally after Q4 beat

Evolus (EOLS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/EOLS]) shares jumped ~36% on Wednesday, its biggest intraday gain in nearly half a decade, after the maker of Jeuveau anti-wrinkle therapy exceeded Street forecasts with its Q4 2025 financials, [https://seekingalpha.com/news/4560428-evolus-gaap-eps-of-0_00-beats-by-0_05-revenue-of-89_2m-misses-by-0_38m] posting net income for the first time in nearly five years.

On Tuesday after the close, the California-based beauty company reported $90.3M in revenue for the quarter, beating the consensus by $0.7M with ~14% YoY growth thanks to higher volumes of Jeuveau and other products.

Evolus (EOLS [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/EOLS]) also posted quarterly net income for the first time since Q1 2021 after its net income for Q4 reached $130K, compared to a net loss of $6.7M in the prior year period. However, its gross margin slipped to 65.7% from 66.7% in the year-ago period, while GAAP EPS of $0.00 exceeded Street estimates by $0.05. However, its projection of 65.5%–67.0% for adjusted gross profit margin in 2026 suggested a decline from 67.4% and 69.6% recorded in 2025 and 2024, respectively.
