* Andrey Fadeev, founder, chairman, and CEO of GDEV (GDEV [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GDEV]), recently boosted his ownership stake [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20441958-gdev-founder-chairman-and-chief-executive-officer-andrey-fadeev-increased-ownership-stake-to] to 37% through a private transaction.
* He purchased ~2.73M ordinary shares from co-founder Boris Gertsovskiy, bringing his total beneficial ownership to ~6.71M shares as of December 31, 2025.
