Zura Bio appoints Eric Hyllengren as CFO

Zura Bio (NASDAQ:ZURA [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ZURA]) has announced the appointment [https://seekingalpha.com/pr/20152922-zura-bio-announces-chief-financial-officer-transition] of Eric Hyllengren as CFO, effective July 7, 2025. He will succeed Verender Badial, who will step down from the role and remain with the company as a non-executive employee through July 31, 2025, to support a seamless transition.

Hyllengren most recently served as COO and CFO at Atara Biotherapeutics.
