As Q1 earnings season comes to an end, investors are closely tracking updated quant ratings to evaluate opportunities across the REIT sector.

The State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) has continued to outperform [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/XLRE/charting?interval=YTD] the broader market in 2026.
