HHS rescinds vaccine panel charter citing 'administrative error'

* HHS said it is rescinding the charter of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices "due to an administrative error in meeting the revised public notification timing requirements under the revised Federal Advisory Committee Act," per a posting in the _Federal Register_.
* "As a result, the charter lapsed and the committee must be re-established.
