Information technology index was the second-best-performing sector in 2025, as it rose +25% YTD, while its accompanying State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/XLK]) is +26.14%.

As we look at the subsectors of the IT index, below is a list of the top 10 semiconductor materials stocks ranked by their YTD performance. The list includes Quant ratings for each stock.

The list is topped by ACM Research (ACMR [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ACMR]), with a YTD performance of +165.56%.
