DEFSEC Technologies announces CAD$2.1 million equity offering

* DEFSEC Technologies (DFSCW [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/DFSCW]) has offered 566,040 common shares in a direct offering at CAD$3.64 (US$2.65) per common share for gross proceeds of CAD$2.1M.
* In a concurrent private placement, the Company will issue unregistered warrants to purchase up to 566,040 common shares at an exercise price of CAD$4.27 per share that will be immediately exercisable upon issuance and will expire five years following the date of issuance.
* Closing date is December 18, 2025.
