SunCoke Energy names Shantanu Agrawal as CFO

Marinko as CFO, effective March 13, 2026.
* Agrawal brings over a decade of finance and accounting experience and deep expertise in the company's operations. He joined the company as an FP&A analyst in 2014 and has served as VP of Finance and Treasurer since 2021.
